The Raytron 850DM is an industrial dual-speed DC drive board designed to control the speed of a small DC motor in packaging machinery. Its job is to take single-phase 120 VAC input and regulate the motor armature voltage up to 90 VDC, giving smooth control of two preset operating speeds plus ramp-up and ramp-down behavior.
